Louis Eperjesi, Chief Executive Officer

Louis was appointed as Chief Executive in February 2010. He has an extensive and successful track record in the building materials and manufacturing sectors, most recently at Kingspan Group Plc, the international building products business, where he was an executive director on the main board and Divisional Managing Director of Kingspan Insulated Panels, the Group’s largest division.

Prior to joining Kingspan, Louis held a range of senior management positions at subsidiaries of Baxi Group plc, Redland plc, Lafarge and Caradon plc.

James Brotherton, Chief Financial Officer

James joined Lupus as head of corporate development in 2004. He was previously a Director in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup, having also worked for HSBC and Ernst & Young. He is a Chartered Accountant.

James was appointed as CFO of Lupus on 10 May 2010 and joined the Board of Directors on 28 May 2010.

Ian Pawson, CEO of grouphomesafe and International Building Products

Ian was appointed CEO of grouphomesafe and International Building Products in May 2007. He joined the Lupus Capital Group in March 2006 following the acquisition of Schlegel Building Products, where he was Chief Executive. Previously he had held a number of senior management positions within UniPoly, BTR plc, IRS and Serck. He has a degree in metallurgy from Brunel University.

Jonathan Petromelis, Amesbury Group President and CEO

Jonathan was appointed President and CEO of the Amesbury Group – Lupus Capital’s North American Building Products business – in February 2008. He has worked for the Amesbury Group in two separate spells since 1996 first as Chief Financial Officer and additionally as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In this time he has managed the finance organization as well as led the significant acquisition growth of the US Group. Between 2000 and 2002 he was Vice President of Finance for iBasis, Inc., a Nasdaq quoted technology Company. He trained as a Certified Public Accountant with BDO and has a degree in accounting from the University of Buffalo.

Kevin O’Connell, Group Financial Controller

Kevin joined Lupus as Group Financial Controller in February 2008. Prior to this he worked at Datamonitor plc from July 2005 and was Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary. He has many years experience working in a head office plc environment. He is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Coopers & Lybrand.
