Where are the Company’s shares traded
The Company’s shares have been traded on AIM since 4 April 2006.
Prior to 4 April 2006 the Company’s shares were quoted on the Main List of the London Stock Exchange. Following completion of the acquisition of Schlegel Building Products, the Company moved to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
Lupus has not applied for additional listings on any other stock exchange.
Who do I contact regarding my shareholding?
The Company’s Registrar is Capita Registrars. Capita looks after the Shareholder database and are responsible for maintaining shareholder records and the mailing out of related information.
You should contact Capita Registrars if you have questions about the following:
- information on mandating your dividends
- if you have misplaced your Share Certificate
- if you have not received your dividend payment
- to notify the transfer of shares,
- to notify a change of address or the death of a shareholder
- if you receive duplicate mailings.

When is the Annual General Meeting?
The 2009 AGM was held on Wednesday 29 July 2009. The date for the 2010 AGM has yet to be determined.
